The netinstall program has been used to solve the problem
Windows 7 operating system was used
Also, use only one network card
The firewall has been stopped
When all the led is turned off, it appears inside netinstall, then choose the OS, then press install
When I press install, this screen appears and after about two seconds the LED lights up in the device and then nothing happens.
