i just wonder if can download Meta router Image Games like Poker, Card, pool ect and make all User use my hotspot use to play online ?
and can make my router play with other router wich mean can make user on site A play with user on site B

You forgot to say: Make a MetaRouter OpenWRT image that allows my users to PAY to play each other online.
Much simpler to install a PC running linux on your net, add it’s IP to the Walled Garden and get some geek to write you some games, with a Pay Now option.
I doubt you’ll surpass Facebook’s Farmville nonsense, but you never know.
