Important bugs in 6.30

Hello,
I installed 6.30 on a CCR1036-12G-4S and I have important bugs that broken my API scripts with user manager.

  1. It’s not mentioned in the changelog, but in user-manager add the username field was named “name” before. In 6.30 its name changed in “username”. You should mention it, because I had to change my scripts and if it was mentioned I could correct before upgrading.

  2. /tool user-manager user print doesn’t print the username anymore and this broken all my user-manager API related scripts. Please fix that as soon as you can!

I have also same problem. I back to v6.28 problem solved.

Hey guys, as MikroTik seems to ignore us (as usual on User Manager topics… :frowning: ), i ask you: did you try to downgrade the user-manager package only to 6.29.1? Does it work?
This bug is very important as I have lots of API scripts that use the “username” field.

You need to have license to downgrade, right? I don’t have…

I don’t remember you have to have a specific license to downgrade…
Mikrotik answered to my support request:

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the issue.

  1. Yes, name and username was doing the same in previous version. Now it is
    changed to username.

  2. We will fix the following issue in 6.31 version.

Can’t understand why they doesn’t follow the release schedule they wrote about.
I expected this fix in a quick 6.30.1 release, not a probably buggy 6.31

They told me not to downgrade only user-manager package to 6.29.1
