IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE HELP BROTHERS

Hello Mikrotik Bosses,
Currently I’m running V 3.11 in intel based PC. From last 2 years it’s running well. From last 3 days, I’m experiencing a big problem. Suddenly some of our users can not ping the gateway even can not go to the internet. If I log in from winbox & make an arp ping to the client’s IP address, the client can ping or browse. Wht could make this problem? Please suggest. If you have any questions, please ask. I’m in great trouble with this, I hope, brothers will help me.

Is the client directly connected to the MT by utp or is there a switch in between?

is ARP enabled in all the ethernet ports? if yes, try to change the switch as Beone suggested

Clients are connected through a switch. MK arp is set to reply-only mode. I’ve also enabled arp. for last 2 days i’m not getting such problem b’coz i’ve used vlan in my switch to separate clients. i know it’s not the permanent solution coz i still don’t know what made the problem. thx 4 ur suggestions. but more suggestion to find out the problem is highly appreciated.
