Not fully understand, what do you mean.
- If you apply this CSS code, you will see ‘Topic author’ label on OP’s posts and highlighted background on them. It’s not currently available on default site.
- Number of replies is available on default site in the topics list. If it’s not what you mean, please clarify.
- Solved topics have green tick on default site, my code improves appearance by highlighting solution posts.
- New posts since last visit badges are also available on default site and are visible in the topics lists. Also please clarify.
Overall, if you want all features and changes, that were added in this topic, the only way is to apply this code 
Another way is: ask MikroTik … wait … hope … that may be … some day … with no ETA … and no guarantee … they will implement something …
But with this code you can use all improvements right here, right now.
