In Capman where setup RSSI ???

you do not “setup” the RSSI. The RSSI is a value of the signal strength of the received signal. Is the phone close, to the Mikrotik, you will see a high RSSI. Is the phone far away, you will see low RSSI.

So what do you want to set?
