In hotspot, Full speeed for certain url

I have Mikrotik routerOS with hotspot and limited rate profiles. I want all Hotspot users to have full speed to certain url

the URL is from Hotspot url. I have page with many pictures in the Hotspot and it load slowly for law rate users
