inactive wLAN on RB500

i recently purchased two RB500 point to point integrated router antenae, one of them works perfectly but the other seems to have a problem with the wireless interface.

i am able to connect on ethernet but when i try to configure the wireless interface, it cannot display it. anyone with any insight on this? :frowning:

what do you have when you type /interface print?
then what do you have in these menus:

/system license print
/system package print

?
