we have mikrotik ccr with 6x 1Gbps uplink so we want create link aggregation and protect our users from some kind of ddos so i read mikrotik wiki it seems bonding only support outgoing and do not incoming aggregation so is there anyway that i have 6Gbps incoming traffic in my mikrotik ? outgoing traffic not important much for me,

Link aggregation depends on you having control on the uplink router, if you don’t have any control you’ll have to resort to load balancing. Have a look at http://mum.mikrotik.com/presentations/US12/tomas.pdf for several ideas.
DDDoS protection is a different thing, has nothing to do with multiple uplinks but with proper firewalling; depending on your setup for some protection measures you’ll have to coordinate with your provider.
