Incompatible HT mode or rates--unable to connect

Please help!!! I find it unable to connect to an Ap, my laptop and phone connects to the ap but not the RB411, when i check the logs it says incompatible HT mode or rates! thanks

please execute the print advanced in the wireless menu on the AP and on the client so we could see what rate settings.
