Incorrect time on 2011UiAS-2HnD

I have a routerboard 2011UiAS-2HnD that is consistently showing a time that is around 7 minutes slow.
The SNTP Client is setup to es.pool.ntp.org the time zone to automatic / europe.madrid and update time is selected in ip.cloud.ddns.

I have checked that the ime is actually setting and apears to be and the ntp server address is updating / changing.

The only way that I can get the time nearly right is to use a manual time zone at +2.07 .

I really need the time to be correct within a minute or so for updating ddns settings across servers, however surely the time on this router should be virtually perfect.

Any suggestions please

Just wanted to add that if I manually set the correct time, a few days later it’s wrong again.

The time option of cloud is giving only rough time to have time in logs at least somehow sensible (eg. year and month). If you configured SNTP client, then disable cloud update time:

/ip cloud set update-time=no

and preferably set timezone manually to whatever appropriate (Europe/Madrid) as well.

It had been mentioned that if SNTP client is properly configured, then clout time sync is automatically disabled, but that might not be so …

That’s assuming you really have SNTP set up (in /ip ntp client).
