We have setup our 192 router board web proxy list which works fine to control the students web access.
The list size we have is growing quite large, how can we increase the web proxy list as we only have 12% space left on the router board?

you can look at boards with CF or SD slots and use that as main proxy, and on all your RB192 set up parent proxy feature and don’t cache on those routers.
as i remember correctly you wanted web filtering at first - if that is the case, then just stop proxying and just filter the web content by setting max-cache-size to none.
