We are about to release a small web app to generate and print User Manager’s users. As it’s a web app it can be installed on a single computer and be accessed from any device with any javascript enabled web browser.

It supports multiple User Manager instances, multiple local and network printers and multiple ticket formats.

It’s backed up by an embedded hsql database, but can be configured to work with mysql, MS Sql Server, postgres,…

The app can be installed as a Windows service. It’s build with java, so it can be installed and executed on any OS with Java 1.7+ support.

The app also provides a RESTful/JSON API to integrate the ticket generation and the database management with third party apps.

Can not start the service from Administrative Tools/Service

problem???

Could you please send me the log files, there are 3 different ones:

output.log
error.log
log/log.txt

If you can include the application.properties file also it may be usefull.

You can also try to run it manually with:

java -jar HotSpotWeb.jar

Hello,

I am trying to use the software however I do not want to print the ticket to a paper.
I tried with PDF reader and PDF creator but keep on getting the following error:
There was some problem. Ticket was not printed.

Could you please provide a workaround ? we need to try before buying the application.

This app works very well.
Is it possible to set callerid field to (bind on first use) true on all new users. At the moment new accounts are created with this option unset ?
