Draw a network diagram showing ISP device and both MT devices and any subnet and/or vlans you have running and then what is coming off the ports on the RB and switch.

Unless you’re trying to do something really fancy … I don’t see how separating ports acording to traffic direction for traffic between two link peers could help. You are aware of the fact that 1000BaseT (gigabit ethernet) is full duplex, right? But why don’t you use SFP+ connection (which is 10Gbps full duplex)?
Unless you’re thinking about ethernet bonding which may or may not increase throughput between RB4011 and CRS328. Surely not as much as using the SFP+ though.
