input: unknown - output: unknown packets with my gateway ip as source and destination

hi,
i am having strange problem. i have not seen before. could you help me what is happening here.
i am receiving packets with ip of one of my interface in mikrotik as source and also as destination ip . but destination port is winbox port 8291.
here i am attaching screenshot. hope someone has the answer what is actually happening here.

internal loopback traffic do not have input or output interface, because is not coming outside the routerboard.

maybe routing loop if you use mark-routing rules. check them

when i change router winbox port from 8291 to something else.
it stops.
