Install MT under linux

is it possible to install it under linux something like virtualware so I can install squid proxy server remotely and can use VNC at the same time…

please let me know . thanks

RouterOS is a ROUTER, why do you want to run it on VMware? it is supposed to be a separate machine, running somewhere - your network depends on it.

Normis, what if you want to use MT as a wifi router and a workstation simultaneously for budget purposes? Do you think running MT as a VMware guest or host is possible?

Yes you can run MT in a vmware session (2.8 did at least). Not sure why you would want to in production but its possible for small installations and demo purposes.
