Install ntp without Winbox?

Hello,

I am setting up a small LAN with hAP ac for the first time.

How do I install the ntp package? I downloaded extra packages from the download page, but all .npk installation instructions mention Winbox. Is there a way to install the ntp package via CLI or via the web interface?

Upload the package to the root folder of your router using FTP/TFTP/SFTP/SMB (whatever works for you) and then reboot.
