Hello

Can a beta be installed remotly or do you need to be at the console?

I just upgraded a remote RB112 running 2.9.30 with an SR-9 to Beta5 and it’s gone. Swinging by tomorrow to see what went wrong.

Mine was ok

but I was runining 2.9.38 routing test.

all was fine till I turned on routing then no more

Got mine back on the bench and it started first go…

Dunno what was wrong but a hard power cycle fixed it..

The problem with our RB112 and SR-9 is that after the upgrade, the radio was disabled. Plus, the radio name was placed in the SSID and the mode was changed from 2GHz-10MHz to 2.4GHz. Once all that was fixed it was fine.

So, if you have an RB and SR-9, don’t upgrade it remotely!

If you have NStreme enabled, it’s disabled as well.

This will be fixed with the next beta version. The only thing that you will need to reconfigure will be the freqeuncy.
