I have RouterOS 6.47.10 and I downloaded the extra packages for it. Now when I drag the usermanager npk file to the winbox app and reboot the hAP ac2 the package does not install. I have confirmed that the architecture for the package is arm. What am I missing?? Did I do something wrong?
Same happening to me today, I literally can’t install anything and I can’ even downgrade.
The Ac2 is one of the devices with limited storage (16 Mb).
Check how much space you have free, it is common that there isn’t enough left to perform some installs, see:
Remove some of the packages to make room.
Worst case: netinstall.
When storage is full, it’s full.
