I can use my CF card only in the secondary master (/dev/hdc) IDE port.
But the mikrotik image try to mount root at /dev/hda. 
How can I change it?

If I recall correctly, you could reinstall the system when it already is on the secondary master. Then after the installation it would work only from hdc.

I want to install a new equipment. I’m using an industrial pc-board and I can plug my cf-ide adapter only into secondary port. The primary port has another connector (40 pin).
But the image refering to /dev/hda (primary master) hdd. I want to change it with another linux computer.
