We are not able to install routerOs on ibm server x3350 with SAS Disk Drive.
We have not enable Raid system,
but on Desktop with IDE DD, there is no problem.
does RouterOs is not support on IBM with SAS DD ?

I do not believe RouterOS supports SAS drives. I would suggest using hardware from the Supported Hardware list. http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Supported_Hardware#x86_Systems
