Hi Guys, forgive me if there is already a post somewhere about this as I came up empty handed via search.
I have a RB3011 that Netinstall will not find. (I’ve used Netinstall hundreds of times without a hitch on other routers and so I know it works on those)
I have serial/console access so I can watch the router boot. upon booting router I get error kernal not found. (this is my fault as I formatted the NAND for another issue I was trying to resolve)
I have updated the bios firmware to 3.41
bootp is enabled and it just keeps on acting like it finds nothing.
Is there any other way to load the routeros back on to this thing WITHOUT netinstall as I stated before it is not detecting this particular router.
Maybe TFTP from another router? if so please point me to a tutorial or document on this…
