I tried to run mikrotik 3.23 on intel DQ43AP routeros but did not recognize any system device including the integrated intel network card. Can anything other than where the wiki to read a list of supported devices to choose a MB for CPU E8500 preferably with an integrated Intel NIC. Perhaps those who advise MB for RouterOS.

Why 3.23? upgrade to newer version.
You think that everything will work on RouterOS 4.3? I have read on the forum that support the new equipment will be only in version 5. 
That was talk about other devices. Nobody can say whether your device works or doesn’t work in v4.3 unless you try it.
