inter vlan routing in CSS 326 24G

I have site A and site B
Site A = Hotspot Server VLAN 10
Site B = PPPoE server VLAN 20
How to access VLAN 10 (Hotspot server) on-site B

Note: Both routers sites A & B do not have any VLANs.

CSS is strictly a switch, it can’t do any routing.

You’ll have connect both routers together. You can use CSS and create an “interconnection” VLAN if you will, but both routers would then have to “speak” VLAN at least for interconnection VLAN. Or connect both touters with direct cable if this is physically possible.
And then configure both routers do they will know how to pass traffic between both LAN subnets (via each other).

I can connect both router with physical wire now what I do for configuration?
Explain please

Does each router get its own WANIP from an ISP
What is the main purpose off each router.

If they are in different locations, how can they physically connect to the same switch?

Why would users on pppoe router neeed access to subnet on hotspot router?

Create a new common subnet on both routers assign a port on each router to that subnet/vlan
Then on pppoe router, create a manual route for vlan10 stating that to reach that subnet go through common vlan IP of hotspot router
Likewise on hotspot router create a manual route for pppoe subnet coming accross, with the common vlan IP of pppoe router,
OR something like that, rusty in this regard.

Will need good firewall rules on both sides to allow the traffic.

yes both router is connected with same switch and placed on same location both router able to get IP from ISP

Perhaps next time start out with the truth, there is not site A or Site B.
It sounds like if anything a single site, or location, but perhaps in different rooms?

Is it the same ISP and same gateway ???

Both Mikrotik routers have separate PPPoE connections from ISP.
Both router have 2 Public IP
