Interface bandwidth limits on RB750

I’m trying to set bandwith limits on RB750 ports under the /interface/#interface number menu and I keep getting a ‘rx limiting not supported on this interface’. WHat are the rules for this and where is it documented? Could not find it in the manual…

Perhaps a picture would help, what do those two bandwidth gadgets do and where are the docs concerning them?
