Interface dropping and cant log in

Guys

I am adminstering a Mikrotik bridge which has two interfaces activated

The ethernet interface
This is the one which connects to our main system. but the problem is that after 2 days this interface is in accessible and clients can only get to the one side which is up but adminstratively I cant remotel access it. Because it asks for a level 15 access password which I thought if I put an admin password it should do the trick so that I can log in and reboot the machine remotely rathre than travel 5 km and do a physical reboot.

I have managed to sort this out it was an issue of routing. I logged into the bridge and when I noticed that the subnet on the clients side wasnt registering on the IP routes. I suspected and when the 2 were linked the I could connect from the clients side to our producting wires.
