Now, I know the signal is insanely strong, but every once in a while, the client disconnects from the AP

It also always take exactly 10 seconds to re-associate - every time. Any ideas as to why it is disconnecting, or what can be done to stabalize it? The link itself is very short, not even 5KM give or take. Clear line of sight, small obstruction blocking a small area in the frenzil zone. Given the absolutely great CCQ and Signal Strength, I’m a bit baffled as to the high SNR. I did do scan’s from both sides, and I am the only visible AP on the frequency that the AP or Client Mikrotik picks up. Spectrum scans also indicate the frequency to be clean.
the first step in troubleshooting would be to turn the power down. Put it somewhere in the 50s or 60s at least. Right now you are shouting so loud at the other side its probably distorting. If you were at a rock concert in front of the speakers 24x7 would you disconnect every once in a while? : ) Maybe you are also causing lots of reflections that are cancelling signal out because its so strong.
Running at about -65 to -68 currently, ccq in the 70% to 90%. Will continue to monitor the link tomorrow when there’s traffic on it again. Will shout if the issue persist.
Something tells me my antennae are too big Went from 17 to 6 currently for manual-tx-power…

you have excellent signal, however the data rates and ccq’s are very low. i would run a spectrum analysis to find out whats on what frequency and move to another channel.
