I can’t seem to find the wlan1 interface even though i have atheros wireless. Can someone tell me how to create it or have a set of walkthrough instructions?
You mean, you don’t see it at all?
/interface print
0 R ether1
1 R wlan1
you should see sth. like this if your wireless card is properly connected
on your routerboard. It is a chance it is disabled, with an “X” note instead
of “R”, if that is the case:
/interface enable
number: 1
You should type number 1, if you see that that’s the number assigned when
you executed /interface print, like above
regards
This is what I have listed:
0 R ether1
1 R bridge1
2 R bridge2
Not sure where to go to from here. The device was reset to factory by another tech.
Found what I was lookin for. I had to enable the legacy wireless option under system package to have the wireless interface show up.
