Interface problem after upgrade to version 5

Hi there

I have done the upgrade to version 5 via Winbox and everything went fine. The router rebootet and shows now the new version number for the packages. Unfortunately the router can’t be accessed anymore from within our network its IP configuration has changed somehow. When I type ‘ip address print’ it shows the correct address and network settings but INTERFACE UNKNOWN for both network cards. How can I fix this problem? Please help..

What version you upgraded from? Please generate and send supout.rif file to support@mikrotik.com

In my panic last Friday I just re-installed version 4.16 and added our settings/users. It’s up and running again, but I probably won’t do the upgrade to version 5 for a while.
