Interface Scheduling Script

I have searched everywhere and just dont know how to setup an advanced scheduling script and please need some help with it.

I use 2 different DSL service providers, one during the day and one that is uncapped from 6pm - 6am and from Friday night 6pm - Monday 6am.

I have a schedule setup to enable and disable the various interfaces, but on weekends I have to manually do it and disable the scheduler for weekends, so not ideal when I am away on business.

Interface is called:

  1. Axxess (6am - 6pm - Monday to Friday)
  2. Vox (6pm - 6am - Monday to Friday - All day Saturday and Sunday to 6am Monday morning)

I would really appreciate any help on this.

Manually add the route for Axxess with a routing mark:

/ip route
add distance=1 gateway=Axxess routing-mark=Weekday

Then add a mangle rule to mark the route during your time period for Axxess:

/ip firewall mangle
add action=mark-routing chain=prerouting new-routing-mark=Weekday passthrough=no src-address=192.168.88.0/24 time=6h-18h,mon,tue,wed,thu,fri

And any other time your traffic will go out Vox.

Should have mentioned to set add-default-route=no in either your dhcp or pppoe client for Axxess.
