Running into an issue after 5.19 were the interface screen does not show any information. Wondering is anyone else has seen this and if there is a fix.

Upgrade to v5.25 and if problem persists, make some screenshots of the issue
We have upgraded and still see the issue. Seems that now it is only happening when the techs are connected to it locally through a different port. I will get some screenshots of it and more information. Also could this be a memory issue? or should I say lack of memory?
