Interface Settings

When setting up the interfaces, which is the correct setting for ARP. Do we enable or disable or use proxy-arp.
We Seem to be having a issue with ip conflicts when proxy-arp is enabled.

for standart configuration, use enable. unless you want to force all client have to get IP address from DHCP.

If you setup and VPNs you will need proxy-arp for interfaces on the “inside” only..
This allows the VPN clients to find resources inside the network… if it is not on, the client will connect, you will be able to ping the router on the inside, but that is as far as you will go…"
