Hello, I have fiber 300 mbps, when I connect a device by cable I reach 300 mbps but when I connect through any device via wifi the speed is greatly reduced. I know that by fiber the speed is lower than the cable but the problem is that the mobile device does not synchronize at the speed that it has to be. Mobile devices support 1Gbps.
Thanks.

In order to help you, you have to specify the MikroTik model number with the firmware version that you have, otherwise we are not able to help to resolve your problems. Also you mentioned that your connected connected with WiFi, the speed was greatly reduced? What is the speed?
not just model and firmware but also settings and stats.
there are usually two bottlenecks possible:
routing
wireless
I think first step should be wireless scan in order to find out if there is any other wifi (remember your wifi will shut down during this process)
Secondly, you should identify what rates do your device achieve by going to wireless → registration table and doubleclicking one of devices:
I believe it will be easier to figure out solution with this additional info.
