I need a router with follow interfaces:
2 Channelized E1/PRI ports
4 Serial Network Interfaces
2 Fast Ethernet Interfaces
Can I make this with mikrotik ?

You can do serial (ppp type) interfaces.
Fast Ethernet is a go… (SEVERAL) cards to choose from.
CLEAR Chanal T1 is a GO..
I am NOT sure on the chanalised T1.. (Yet…) I will look into it..
