Is it possible to access the Dude database from a 3rd party app?
I want to be able to intergrate my CRM with DUDE. If my staff could open the customers account in crm and then open the related dude map that relates with the user that would save a lot of time.
It is not possible directly. There is no API for the Dude, and the database files cannot be read directly (using existing tools).
You could however use links to the dude web interface for maps.
