Hello, we went live on an appartment building last month ans user started experiencing intermittent 2-3 minutes disconnection issue after 8 days after going live. I investigated a lot and still I wad not able to find the solution yet.
I am using an external Radius server and 3 AP (non-mikrotik) are connected to the RB951Ui-2Hnd. Wlan is disable on it.
I suspect at this point that the mac-cookie autentication is causing the problem. After 8 days, I extented the mac-cookies life time to 179 days because I did not want user to have to relogin after 10 days. Probably acbad decision you might say…
So I rollecback the change for 5 days mac-cookie expiration and I deleted all the stored cookies on the hotspot. Now I still see that users are reusing the same 179 days cookie saved in their browser as new cookies have been registered as 179 days.
Please let me know if my hypothese make sence and if I my investigation is on the right path. Any suggestion wouls be appreciated.
