Intermittent ISP Link Issue: Troubleshooting Layer 1 Instability

hello fellas.
I’m facing a peculiar issue with the ISP link, where the connection intermittently shows “No Link” and “Link OK,” indicating a lack of stability. I am confident that this is a Layer 1 problem, which could be caused by either a restriction on the ISP’s port providing our internet access or an issue with the uplink itself. The router in use is a MikroTik Cloud Router CCR2116-12G-4S+. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

what transmission medium are you connecting to the ISP:
CU?
FX?
GPON?
DAC?

maybe it will help:
