We currently have a CCR2216-1G-12XS-2XQ router in production, which has been operating normally for about seven months. However, over the past two days, we have experienced an issue with the 100 Gb interface, where it repeatedly goes down and then up, creating a continuous link-flapping cycle.
After checking several user forums, we found that other users with the same model have reported similar behavior. In our case, after changing the speed configuration to static (100 Gb) and then reverting to auto-negotiation, the issue stopped occurring.
We would like to hear your comments and recommendations regarding this situation — particularly whether updating RouterOS to a newer version could help prevent this issue from happening again.
