Not sure what is going on, but I’m just troubleshooting some bottlenecks that I think I’m experiencing so I’ll start with this first.
I have a RB1100 connected to a RB2011 via an Airfiber and when I do a speed test between to the 2 links I get 90mb+ throughput either direction. When I do ping test I get random packets rejected, any thoughts as to why that would be? If I ping another router behind that 2011 I get the same results, just more frequent.
The 2 links are routed links with different subnets assigned to each RB. Is it getting confused?
I’m going through my system and I never see throughput of more than 40mb on a consistent basis, I would think it would be able to utilize as much as would be available. My utilization on my RB’s are usually below 20%, is there an aggregate limit that I’m experiencing between my ports? Any thoughts would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
