Intermittent WiFi Troubles

I’m having some intermittent WiFi troubles. I followed this guide to set up my RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN. Everything worked fine for about a year but last month certain devices started losing signal seemingly randomly.

My MacMini shows that it is connected but it has an auto-assigned IP, and says it has no internet access (setting a static IP doesn’t fix it, not DHCP problem). Some devices will connect just fine and others won’t, even from the same location so I don’t think it is a range/interference issue. I did just recently install a Phillips Hue Bridge and interference from that was one suspicion, but moving it doesn’t change much.

I’ve tried playing with a few settings like the Band, Channel Width and Frequency but they don’t seem to help, and I don’t have the most knowledge of WiFi. I can post my configuration and anything else if necessary. Also the physical ports all are working just fine. I don’t have a bridge set up, just an IP address assigned to the WLAN1 interface.

Thanks for any help, I’m just not sure where to start at this point.

So no one has any idea where I should start with this?

Is the problem solved when completely removing the Philips Hue bridge?
Did you recently change (update) RouterOS?
Did you upgrade the firmware as well?
What is your version?
Anything in the log?
Did you completely delete the WiFi network from the clients in doubt and make them connect from scratch?
Did you tamper with the data rates?
TX power?

Is your WiFi encrypted?
Don’t use WEP but use WPA2 and/or WPA
Don’t use tkip but aes ccm only.
Check your preamble mode - “both” is better than either short or long only.
