Internet Connection Dialer (Like PPPoE) !!?

hi friends
anyone have a PPPoE Connection with Costom Design .
This is IBS (radius & biling) Dialer :

And This , SiB PPPoE (Radius & Billing) Dialer :

First is Look Design But Only work with " IBS Accounting " , 2nd is Work Good but Not Have Good Design .
Anyone Have a GoodDesign PPPoE Dialer ? (PPPoE or Hotspot)
i Search on Net but Not Anything .

The IBSng Dialer is customizable with html and javascript . but this feature is commercial and you should contact them .

i Know , but i want a Dialer Like That for PPPoE

It is able to connect via Dialup,PPTP,L2TP,PPPoE

i Have SiB Accounting (smartispbilling.com) but , IBS Dialer Only work with Thats Radius , Not work with SiB & PPPoE is Not working , Any have Dialer Like Thats with Good Look design ?
