i install mikrotik operating system
And run pptp server and l2tp server
When I connect to the server via pptp or l2tp connection protocol the internet stops after a while
This also happens on mobile phones
how i can fix this problem ?

Check the PPP profile used by your PPTP and L2TP servers. Adjust “session-timeout” and “idle-timeout”.
