Internet fails in only 1 of 3 computers

I apologize because I started this topic in the RouterOS v7 BETA forum when, perhaps, I should have started it here from the beginning.

I am newbie to RouterOS. What’s more, I have no idea about this programming.

I just bought a Chateau because where I live there is no internet connection other than LTE. In addition, with conventional routers such as Tp-Link Archer MR200 or Huawei B315, disconnections occur practically daily, without cause.

I have an outdoor antenna with which I achieve a fairly stable connection with about 50mb of download and about 60mb of upload, good ping around 50ms.

I bought the Chateau thinking it could be the solution to my LTE disconnects, knowing that it can be configured to take a primary and carrier LTE band.

So far good. The router seems to be working properly. It is easy to confure the APN and the primary and carrier LTE bands.

More data. I have a LAN at home. The router connects to the internet to a Tp-Link TL-SG108E switch, as a central switch, and 3 other secondary Tp-Link TL-SF1005D switches are connected to it. 2 computers connect to that TL-SF1005D, from there the network goes to the TL-SG108E and from there to the Chateau. In turn, 1 Smart-TV and 1 SAT deco connect to another TL-SF1005D and from there the network goes to the TL-SG108E and then to the Chateau. This LAN runs in a CAT5e wire, on the living floor of the house.

Downstairs, in the garage, I have a third computer and a printer that connect to 1 TL-SF1005D switch, from there it connects to the TL-SG108E via CAT7 cable. The LAN seems to work correctly, with the TP-Link and Huawei routers I always have a perfect internet connection, without cuts.

Everything works correctly on the home floor network, internet connection at all points (2 computers, smart-TV, deco SAT …), but the problem is when I connect from the garage computer. That computer seems to connect well, I do a speed test and sometimes it works well but other times it completely loses the internet connection, although the router continues to give the appropriate signals. Sometimes the internet connection is even lost from the computers in the living floor like if the garage computer blocked the connection or produced some kind of interference. If I don’t connect from the garage computer, the network is always fine. If I use the Tp-Link or Huawei routers the entire network, including the one in the garage, connects without problems to the internet.

But, without a doubt, the serious problem is in the connection of the garage computer.

I insist, I bought the Chateau because the connection problems in my house are with LTE, not with the LAN.

I have installed the Chateau and configured the basics like the LTE connection and the APN. Everything else is as the router comes by default because I don’t know how to configure anything.

I have tried to reset the Chateau, start from the beginning, but nothing, always the same problems, the garage computer loses the internet connection although the Chateau does not lose it.

I want to assume that it will be a problem connecting my network, but I don’t know and I don’t know where to continue.

Any idea to help me?

Thanks in advance!

This is my LAN.

Internet connection in “computer 3” fails. I start windowsm it seems to run ok. I make a speedtest of internet connection and runs ok. I retry and retry and retry the speed test and it fails in some momments. As soon as the failure occurs, it is almost impossible to recover the internet connection. However, the LAN connection continues to work because I connect via Winbox with the router from computer 3.

If I try a router TP-Link Archer MR200, everything is ok.

I do not know what’s going on…

Any idea to help?

No help is needed anymore. I have made the return of the Chateu.

Au revoir mon ami!
