we were dealing with a new internet in the company and the internet provider warned me that some user in the network was uploading a lot of data non-stop approx. 30Mbps, how and where can I find out which PC (mac address) it is?

First consider upgrading the device to LTS, currently 6.49.8. This to prefent any security incidents.
In regards to your question: You might be able to determine it by the interface where the upload comes from. Are you using Winbox? Did the provider also supply information on what kind of traffic it is?
