I am new to mikrotik and today I went to log, to see what is going on. And there was a lot of red event and I dont know what was happening. Can someone explain or is maybe somewhere explanation list for events?

You can ignore this, as long as your IPsec connection is working.
client and server have different options, and the router logs each mismatched pair even when it later finds a matching pair.
