Okay so i’ve been going thru the manuels, and even went as far as looking for tutorials as to how to setup the software in a bridge mode so that I can then try and setup and test the traffic shappng fetaures which seem kool.
My current setup is

I’m basically looking for some traffic shapping software and RouterOS seems like it has some of the features i may want but i would like to try it 1st.(24hour period kinda sucks)
So i installed the 6.4 Version and was pretty lost, The manuels that I looked at where either outdated or didn’t give me much info as to how to step by step put it in bridge mode then do traffic shapping mainly examples of CLI and or the commands themselves, would preffer a GUI, Most of the tutorials I found seemed to already assume you knew what you where doing or had alreayd completed parts so where missing key steps.
Now I was able to actually figure out how to bridge 2 connections myself however I couldn’t get Everything to cross so I know i didn’t get it fully working, You could only browse the web.

i’m now testing the 6.5 and if anyone has any step by step. would really apreciate it.
I’m using winbox.
