i am having invalid calling station id when user tries logging in. i need urgent help on this. thanks

i created a ticket on userman and when i tried logging with the ticket username and password, its saying invalid calling station id.

You have checked on “Constraints” “bind on first use” on the user profile, logged from one devices and try to connect to another,
or insert a wrong MAC address (“Constraints” / “calling id”) on the user profile.

Check that.

Solution: remove mac-address or anything on the filed “Constraints” / “calling id” on the user profile.
