Where is the problem?
first of, what version you are running, if it is not the latest, please do the upgrade of the router to latest version in the branch as that is going to be first request from support.
Also, you can attempt to run ‘/export’ (‘/export compact’ if running 5.x release) and see if it finishes, also, ‘/system check-installation’
