Hi all,
When a user logs into the Userman system. they can check all tabs but settings. When they click on this link it gives invalid / unknown response from server. On a second click, it gives your session has been reset due to inactivity. I have rebuilt the database, restarted the server but nothing seems to fix the issue. When Userman test 4.6 x86 routeros was first installed this function seemed to work, unsure when issue started.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
P.S.) I tried to attach the support file but was not allowed. The extension is not allowed. I even tried renaming file with out an ext. but had no luck. Message me and I’ll be glad to send it.
