invalid upgrade file id RB 1100AHX2

I’ve tried to upgrade to ROS 7b5 my RB1100AHX2 with no success. And then I’m not able to do netinstall. here is shot from RS terminal:

You want to boot over ethernet, not upgrade firmware. Firmware is like BIOS, that’s not the ROS/netinstall.
In menu select boot device and change it to boot from ethernet only. Then do the netinstall and after it set it back to boot from NAND.
